The relation between Venezuela and the US is currently pretty tense but I doubt that Trump would declare war on Venezuela so fast. I'd say they would try to cool down a bit by negotiating peace deals. Sure, they are not friends, but I doubt the Trump Administration would declare a full-out WAR on Venezuela. Also note that the data has passed and Trump has not invaded (or declared a war) on Venezuela.
