I find it very hard to believe anyone who claims their AI tool “doesn’t hallucinate”. And how would on accomplish that?

u're right to be skeptical ;) zero hallucinations is a strong claim... However, I minimize it structurally by treating the LLM as a reasoning engine, not a knowledge base.
Instead of letting the model "guess" based on training data, we constrain it to a RAG pipeline backed by 50+ marketing frameworks (like Blue Ocean, Jobs-to-be-Done, etc.). The agent constructs answers only from this retrieved context. If the answer isn't in the playbook, it’s instructed to ask clarifying questions rather than invent facts! It has proven to be really good beside other LLM like chatGPT (and I also tweak it every day by playing with prompting, temperature, topK etc)
