Although the most productive scalping is often accomplished only in the 1 to 2 hr. after the morning open; this will likely benefit most the computerized trading bots that don't require sleep, coffee and bathroom breaks.

This feels like absolute bedlam. Giving absolutely no rest to the humans, giving advantage to machines and algorithms that don't sleep. This feels so cursed, like such an infernal awful thing to do to this planet.

this is good for "the people"; and will hopefully eliminate, to some extend, dark pools and other shenanigans that common mortals don't have access to. How many times have you seen the markets move 1%-2% over night, and couldn't place a trade, while some investment companies can.

Never.
Most people aren't day traders and probably financially benefit from being unable to do so.

I have access to outside regular trading hours trades via my broker, I don't think that's unusual. I don't use it because (a) I don't trade individual securities, and (b) I like there being the opening auction.

Will take awhile for liquidity to build, just look at volume candles on /ES contract, really not much during Asian trading session
24 hour trading is avail on brokers like IBK, webull, hood, etrade, Schwab (short lists of tickers, but useful ones, QQQ, SPY SMH etc). If you're looking at just ARca's order book, liquidity is pretty thin overnight before 4am EST
