This seems bad. This is a spam bot. Pretending to be authentic engagement doesn't make it not spam. In fact, I'd say pretending to be authentic makes it worse than an honest appeal for attention/clicks/purchases/whatever.

What is the purpose of this? To add more bots to Twitter that's already full of them?
