Revumatic – AI Growth Loop for SMBs Tired of Yelp, Google Ads, and Groupon

I’m a small business owner — I run a car tinting business — and I built Revumatic because of years of frustration with Yelp, Groupon, and Google Ads. These platforms were supposed to help SMBs grow, but in reality: • Yelp filters positive reviews unless you advertise • Groupon sends bargain hunters and takes huge cuts • Google Ads costs keep rising, with no guarantee of leads

I realized SMBs shouldn’t depend on platforms — we grow through trust, quality of service, and referrals. So I built Revumatic: a B2B2C, AI-powered growth loop that starts at the point of service.

Customers scan a QR/NFC stand, leave an AI-assisted review, and get a referral link. Rewards flow to both sides and enter a local Trust Marketplace, giving exposure to other verified SMBs — without ad spend or platform fees. On the business side, AI helps respond to reviews, nurture leads, qualify prospects, and convert them. The result is a self-reinforcing loop: customer → review → referral → reward → new customer → repeat.

Technically, I built this with Node/React, event-driven workflows, LLMs for guidance and follow-up, and a custom referral/reward engine. I’m a non-technical founder, learning as I go, and I’d love HN feedback on the Trust Marketplace, ethical AI use for review guidance, and any loop or scaling pitfalls.

I built this because I needed it myself — SMBs deserve tools that let them grow based on their own service and trust, not ads or intermediaries.
