This has been true for MS for a really long time. What's more fascinating is how Apple seems to be on that trajectory for the past few years. Botched roll out of Apple Maps to the latest iOS/Mac OS 26 bugs. Not to mention the ass-backwards decisions of certain hardware (Who is iPhone Air for really?)
