Most options out there are unjustifiably overpriced. Would you be willing to pay $4 per week for keeping your form online? I’m trying to get a sense of how often a service like this would actually be used.

No, I wouldn’t. I probably wouldn’t pay anything for it. But if people are paying 4 dollars for it today per week they probably would be willing to pay even less.
