I don't disagree, but sadly so far SCOTUS majority has decided that when it comes to Trump his actions stand as litigation drags on, making his decisions ... just how it is.

aren't these actions a reflection of the will of the people? after all, these were the kinds of things that was part of the sales pitch. the audience bought it.
