Kinda overblown. Every country I've ever been to (not all, more than most) has a hard distinction between "you here for fun?" and "you here for business?". So many hours negotiating paperwork the 'for business' line.

Dude went for business (he's an 'influencer', and therefore special), advertised on his channels he was there for business, and booked multiple, money making, in-country events (with advertising).
