This feature [Perplexity] is part of a progressive roll out.

I think I ran into this on a work machine. The first thing I tried to make it go away did. I don't recall what that was tho.

I have 2 instances of Ffx running in front of me (145.0b2,146.0a1) and neither have it.

I don't never use AI for search but near enough. Most of what I'm looking for is uncommon technical info and I can't ever be sure an AI result is exhaustive.

This occurred without an update to Firefox, and against my explicit wishes in my user.js: user_pref("browser.search.update", false);

Not impressed.
