The cumulative effect of a decade of security updates has done nothing to bolster the security of windows 10 and the forced modular updates and required online registration for windows 11 will not offer any significant improvement in security for windows 11.

Until browsers stop supporting windows 10 the threat to a typical business PC user is so small it isn't worth considering.

The bigger issue for business users is the lack of support from Microsoft (and by extension, other thirdparty vendors), so if something breaks you're on your own.

One of our clients purchased ESU licenses from MS so they can continue using Win10 on some machines, but we're also facing a scenario where some of our software vendors have already dropped support, so even though they've got ESU, we really want to get them off Win10 ASAP.

Reminds me of the quickbooks serial lock that stops it from being installed on VMs... easy to bypass. Hence I think its a 6 figure opportunity to write a relatively basic dll links and OS emulator to maintain compatibility with windows 10 and have a loyal niche subscriber group for a decade.
