There's no freedom of consequences for speech when it comes to employment, business, or social contexts.
When the government censors speech in advance, it might be censorship by prior restraint.
Threatening local broadcast licenses for protected speech isn't directly censorship per se, but it is de facto and would be illegal if the prosecutors and judiciary were honest.
At worst, I hope Kimmel launches a podcast and gets paid for sitting at home. At best, I hope ABC comes to its senses and realizing that it capitulated to tyrrany.
