That is exactly as rustdesk behaves. Can't work without it. We use it on our infrastructure. A true and efficient free software :-)

yes I tried rustdesk, but it did not work out of the box when I tested it. Also it is too complicated to setup to be called as "the next anydesk". I am looking for something as simple as to enter the remote ID and pressing the "CONNECT" button.

I've used teamviewer and anydesk, extensively, but have settled on rustdesk on my personal machine - works well, can run self-hosted or from the cloud.

Then I have to give it another shot, thank you guys :)
