the upgrade from windows to linux is the easy part, user conversion is the friction. MS has made user conversion slightly easier with recent maligifications, but users need a bit of reorientation.

they need to understand local storage, and what a file is. they need to be broken from cloud flow and trained for local workflow. they need to to understand user based security practices, vs remote access based firewall rules.
