I would suggest adding links to sample repos which are using Readme generated using Ghread.

Although your github repo has a sample output but it doesn't show it in it's rendered form. You could add a demo section with links to various repos showcasing different outputs of Ghread.

Good job on shipping, that's always the hardest part.
