Hola! Sí, funciona en español también. Podés cambiar el idioma de respuesta dentro de los ajustes; la página se llama Personalización.
Respecto de WhatsApp, sí, puede recibir notas de voz. Tenemos software que las convierte a texto y ejecuta las órdenes que hayas enviado en tu audio :)

Yes sir. We support voice notes sent through Telegram, WhatsApp, and the web application. We just convert them to text under the hood.
