I feel this is empty corporate speak unless it comes with action. Allow remote work instead of forcing people to come to an office for conference calls. Decisively stop the political activism and distractions on campus. Invest in building great products instead of dark patterns, and boring anticompetitive playbooks.

Didn’t they just finish randomly firing a bunch of long-time employees? Based on that behavior, the company does not want to be, or deserve to be trusted.
