Unfortunately it appears that everyone decided to increase the consumption of Earth resources due to AI craziness, and destroying everything else with wars slowly approaching global participation.

It’s easy to come up with reasons why something (or everything) sucks, and try to keep things from changing.
It’s harder to make pragmatic and ultimately flawed decisions, so there can be progress.
