We’ve been noticing something interesting as AI copilots become common in software teams: they generate a lot of production code, but when incidents happen, Ops teams still have to manually investigate. From our conversations with SREs, ~80% of incidents are still being dug through by humans, even though many originate from AI-generated modules that devs don’t fully understand themselves.

We wrote up a short post on why this gap exists and what might be next. Curious if others here are seeing the same?
