There are often comment threads where people are arguing past each other about whether Cursor speeds you up or not, and if so how it speeds you up.

I recorded this session the other night to show some friends and thought it might be interesting to some here.

My feeling is that I got much more done in that hour with Cursor than I would have been able to do without Cursor.
