There are a lot of animals that hunt and kill coyotes. I might have gone with Grizzly Bears with rubber tank tracks that can actually chase animals as well as human activists that roar at them and run them over or pin them down. This is less lethal than the permitted M-16 once someone steps over the red line. The Bear Tanks should weight at least 900 pounds.

Also Golden Eagles on tall poles that are solar powered and their heads move on a swivel and double as surveillance cameras to cover camera blind spots.
