I maintain the most-installed llms.txt plugin for WordPress and just added anonymous logging to track if AI bots (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, etc.) are even accessing llms.txt files.

Other than having server log access in masse (I don't) this is as good as I could come up with to get real data.
