Interesting. I have a co-worker who lives just outside of Flint and he said it was effectively all resolved several years ago. Either way, it's good to see the job get finished.
I just found out last year I had a lead water line that the city replaced (from inside my house it looked like coper, but there was a stretch of lead between the main and the pipe that comes into the house). I assume my city had a fire lit under them from what happened in Flint. I should probably go get some tests done, I drank that water for a year or two and it was a bit metallic tasting (I had a filter, but only used it intermittently). I noticed a big difference once the pipe was replaced.
