Great initiative

I tried watching for a bit on makertube, but the stream kept dropping for me... it would work for 30-60s, then I would get a loading spinner. If I refreshed the page, and clicked the play button again, it would work ok again for 30-60s and then would get the spinner

It would be cool to see something more automated though, like a scraper that goes through all the listings and aggregates the results... then maybe add an LLM/chat on top to ask it questions

Anyway, thank you for putting it together, hope to see more soon, and good luck

Thanks Nico -

Yes, I experienced the same on PeerTube (MakerTube.net is the instance I used). Recently I experimented with TwitchTV - but wow, I everything about the interface & experience shouted "this is not for me!". I don't have a Google account, so (currently) streaming through YouTube is out - got any suggestions?

Agreed - some automation would be good. It was insightful reading the posts and doing the manual research, but I'd love to be able to query the page more.

I really like the idea of doing a live HN code jam - what are some things you would be interested in for the next session, that would make it a total win?
