I think instead of reinventing the wheel, it would be better to stick with the standard railway signaling, as it is more familiar and understandable to me. Otherwise, it just confuses things. By the way, have you ever seen circular railway interchanges in real life? If your game claims to be realistic, then standard railway signaling should be included as well. If your solution were truly practical, it would have been used on railways around the world a long time ago; so far, nothing better than block signaling has been invented. You could say it has ruined the game. I'm disappointed.
