From my vacation this year, it was evident that Dublin is full of people in abject poverty. An outskirt like Malahide was more like Mt Vernon WA or 80s Avila Beach CA. This stems from IRE acting as the lowest resistance path to travel/migrate into the EU, which the UK et al, are not too keen on.
