is that the case ? I used twitter for a couple of years following a multitude of different people and never had the issue of my feed populating with a topic i wasn't interested in. In fact one of the reasons i leave twitter was the feeling of being inside an echo chamber of just stuff that i liked and i wanted to explore a more diverse set of interests
