I don’t think the lack of a payment system was the cause of failure.
Every GPT has such a low cost to replicate that any novel idea gets cloned into oblivion almost instantly.
You see the same thing in mobile app stores, but the cost of making an app far exceeds the cost of making a clone GPT.
The whole idea of custom GPTs (read: a prompt) is what failed.
So I mean, no I don’t really think it’s valuable.
