Kindof click bait title if you ask me. A manufacturer closing down a legacy facility representing %5 of their capacity isn't a signal.

Detail: Lamb Weston ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lamb_Weston ) makes the french fries themselves. Not the machines which fry them.

Wikipedia says the company's net loss for 2024 was more than 10% of their revenues. They might need to shut down far more than 5% of their capacity, if they want to stay afloat.
