fantastic! most of these come down to diet and exercise. fast, eat less, eat anti inflammatory, take some supplements/vitamins. exercise well, sleep well, get some sunlight and meditate.

This is a great overview but people should note that a lot of the things listed as solutions are based on pretty shaky evidence and shouldn’t be taken as gospel.

If they are actively researching 6 of them as emerging factors then it stands to reason it would be pure hubris to assume that was "all", wouldn't it?
