Ah, the Castellers. Every town in Iberia seems to have a tradition extremely fit to earn a Darwin Award. Be in Pamplona against bulls, Tordesillas, Rocio's parade to the virgin being so devotional that could make a Muslim blush at the Hejira...

Most of these have Pagan (and some of these Islamic, as the saetas in Andalusia) roots and Christians adopted them.
