I'm just hoping (but sort of not expecting) for a lower cost Mac mini. A little $350-400 macOS puck would be nice to have on the desk.

To be fair, Apple is still one of the most innovative companies in the personal computing sector. They spend a lot in R&D.

Curious how well these M4's will be for AI models. Love to run Llama 70B+ on my Mac. Or use it to generate the images with Flux

Not much mention of RAM. That seems to be the big constraint in this day and age of excessive software bloat.
