For reference, I don’t have schizophrenia, and I am avidly outing auditory hallucinations as actual disembodied third parties (see past comments) who are a plague upon humanity. This in addition to schizophrenia being very real for others (I have met schizophrenic persons.)

I have superior athletic motor sensory development (decades of martial arts training).

I will say it is easier to hear the auditory intrusions with background noise. Often the more skilled enjoy blending their sounds with external noises (the hum of a motor, the television in the next room.) These, with practice can manipulate and augment absolutely any perception or conception. There is no human experience (known to me) which these at some skill level cannot manipulate.
