Only thing new from Preview1 is the default parser switch from parse.y to Prism.
YJIT team seems to be rather quiet. I am wondering if there will be something coming in RubyConf?

There is work done on the JIT, but it seems to be mostly bug fixes. https://github.com/ruby/ruby/releases/tag/v3_4_0_preview2
