Considering selling the "base.dev" domain.
We've received offers ranging from $1,000 to several tens of thousands of dollars, but not sure this is right price.
In general, how do you go about valuing a domain? How do you know if you’re selling a domain for its fair value? What do you think would be an appropriate price for "base.dev"?

Put it on an auction site, set minimum price much higher than you expect to get for it, give it a long time-frame, and see what happens.
It's definitely worth more than $1,000 to the right person.

Also interested for ex.net, which I now have available for sale. My previous contacts have gone quiet, and I haven't gotten sensible answers from other sources. And the 'auto' value estimates have a range even wider than you saw, it seems!
