From the Results section, "...meeting approximately twice the current minimum physical activity guideline level at age 18 years and through follow-up was protective of hypertension incidence." However, what I empirically see is many more young people living online and a sedentary lifestyle. Also, with the rise of popularity of "wonder" weight-loss drugs, there could be less incentive to exercise. I guess, it is going to be difficult to balance these, conflicting, choices.
