The article came off more as an advertisement for Bluesky than it did constructive criticism of X.

Not knocking BlueSky, I understand they're currently the most viable competitor other than Threads.

From my understanding of the change you'll still be blocked from engagement, the blocker's tweets will just be visible in replies and when linked to directly. I'll need to see how this will look/work from the blocked user's end before I can decide if the change is good or bad.

I'm most curious as to if this will reduce the number of alt accounts used for essentially the same purpose. How will the psychology of being able to see tweets of users someone is blocked by effect the likeliness of the user switching to another account to attempt to engage with the person.
