    We have a network outage at our primary data center, just about all the services we run are down. The problem is upstream of our servers. There is no eta at this time and we don't expect one at least until sometime tomorrow, but hopefully it is fixed long before that.

Yup, the first time in my life I wanted to take the plunge and try emacs, and realized that the server is down. is this a sign to just stick with nvim XD ?

yes it is, tried downloading emacs even yesterday and it was down as well
