I had to look up UGC. "User Generated Content". It seems this is the opposite. It's machine generated content, created by an advertiser.

You're technically right, but usually UGC videos are done by paid actors which an advertiser hires. Here in this case the same thing is happening, the advertiser is hiring a paid consenting actor, except the script can be regenerated infinite amount of times without re-filming.
