Sorry, I'm on Android.

My running schedule is a challenge. I run basically whenever I can. Which amounts to about 3-4 days a week. I try to get a mix of short&fast, medium, and long&slow. (Though these days it's "short&slow" and "long&even slower".)

It would be nice to get in a bit more precision. I'd give an app a try, especially one that was smart enough to deal with my haphazard schedule.
