Forced arbitration has become such a plague. It's one of the things I look for in terms of service and avoid using those services that require it. I don't see why I should be required to give up important legal rights just to, say, order some food.

Avoiding the term is difficult, as it's almost everywhere, but I can at least just not use really optional services like food delivery.
