What’s the point in couching terms that’ve been around for decades like “hack client” or “game cheats” in this kind of terminology? Is it someone’s clever way of trying to work around EULA terms that ask people to please not cheat in their video games? It’s hardly going to fool anyone or do anything at all to stop someone at Microsoft from sending a DMCA or suing if they wanted to.
