I'm excited to announce the MVP of TeamsToAvoid (https://teamstoavoid.web.app/), an app I've been working on that aims to shed light on toxic work environments at the team level. We've all heard horror stories about bad company cultures, but the truth is, your experience often depends on the specific team you're in. That's where TeamsToAvoid comes in.

I built this because I believe everyone deserves to know what they're getting into when joining a new team. Too often, people accept jobs only to find themselves in toxic situations that could have been avoided with better information.
