I'll only believe its nutritionallly OK once I see the political and economic elites eating it on a regular basis. Till then I regard insect food as soylent green.

When yoo look carefully, shrimp and woodlouse are quite similar [1], it's just a matter of habit and presentation.

[1] Both are crustaceans, not insects anyway.
