So hiring is just as broken as line managing?

I think this drum keeps getting beaten as a backup plan to force everyone back to the office. There's no data that WFH causes much in the way of "productivity drops", but oh boy, Norks getting hired, that's a "Can't help it, Legal Says you can't WFH" situation.
