I strongly don’t agree with these corporate free speech decisions stemming from the SCOTUS Sorrell ruling (that pharmacies could not be legally restricted from selling prescription data because it would abridge their free speech rights).

Governments should be given broad power to regulate business transactions. We don’t call an SEC disclosure “compelled speech” and it is incoherent to me why these regulations are considered otherwise.
