Yup the cuts across the public sector are far-reaching. I work in research and we're finding it a lot harder to get govt grants (from GNS specifically, but I hear it's the same in other fields of research)

How is it open access? I can see nothing about libre or open licensing. Would very much assume that the database if fully covered by copyright.
