It's worth noting, whatever value you place on the fact, that 99% of all creatine from 99% all suppliers is made in China, typically listed as, eg "Packed in the USA with globally sourced ingredients". Follow-ups with various companies always confirms this, even for products listed as "Made in USA".
Made in USA, except not really....
One exception may be Con-Cret, which may be producing creatine in Nebraska. But I'm not sure if they're NSF certified.
I wonder if this counteracts my poor working memory thanks to adhd... Will try to remember to order some!

I could not get through to the letters that questioned the meta-analysis. Did anybody have a summary of that?
> Creatine supplementation enhanced measures of memory performance in healthy individuals, especially in older adults (66–76 years).
Of course, it remains unknown if natural dietary improvements could have a similar effect without the need to use a chemical supplement where the long-term effects aren't well studied.
long term effects are quite well studied.
Meta-analysis of creatine supplementation on “measures of memory” with particularly strong effects in the older cases. No effects in the youngest cases.
