I would be really excited to see an open source project with a non-trivial amount of Bash script say, "OK, we're switching to OSH." OSH is almost 100% compatible with Bash, so this wouldn't really require that much work -- but it would be a vote of confidence in the project.

I understand that projects might not want to do that until OSH reaches 1.0, though.
